Everyone should have a dog that will worship him and a cat that will ignore him. Only then can you gain a true perspective of your significance.

so what happens if the dog ignores you and the cat freaking won't let go?
Then you're probably the kind of person who deserves to live the remainder of your life in an isolated environment designed specifically to limit your contact with the outside world. I mean, if your dog hates you, you're probably a douchebag. Am I wrong?
well, i'm not speaking from personal experience but i do know of cranky old dogs who don't like people and cats are always clingy to me (even though i'm superallergic)
