Day 6, New Mexico to Arizona, Petrified Forest

Onward west to the Petrified Forest National Park. On my way I passed about 7,487 roadside signs and billboards for Indian trinkets, Indian bracelets, Indian Pendants, Indian Clothes, Indian Shoes, and anything else Indian you can think of. I'm sure if I looked hard enough I'd find Indian tampons. Tons of "trading posts" along the highway, just waiting to suck in countless money spending tourist douchebags. Ok I get to Petrified Forest. Now this is a bad ass place to visit. Everyone should go here at least once. I drive in, get a map, and begin the 28 mile drive through awesome land, and pictures dont really do it justice. There are signs EVERYWHERE telling you not to even attempt to steal any petrified wood, cuz it's all protected under the the national forest. If you do attempt at what will undoubtedly be an unseccessful attempt at stealing any wood, the will not only comfiscate the rocks, but will then run your fingers through a paper shredder, then throw them into the street where wild antelope will devour them, upon which the park rangers will systematically seek out your friends and loved ones and destroy their lives.
